Privacy and Personal Data Policy – applicable to Users of this Hospitality\u00a0 Business when making a reservation\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Data Controller (we): The Hospitality Business which will provide to you,\u00a0 the user, the requested service. Our identification and contact details are\u00a0 available on the website you used to make your reservation \/ to pose your\u00a0 questions to us. They will also appear on our invoice which we’ll send to\u00a0 you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Data Compliance Officer: Not applicable to Data Controllers’ activities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

User: You, who filled-in the reservation form or any other documentation\u00a0 related to it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Purpose: The purpose of processing the data provided through this form\u00a0 is to manage the reservations made by you, user and\/or to answer to the\u00a0 questions \/ requests you posed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Legal basis:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

– Either the need to perform our contract with you, user \/ the need to take\u00a0 steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

– Or the consent of you, the user, by ticking in the box of acceptance of\u00a0 the Terms and Conditions of which this Privacy and Personal Data Policy is\u00a0 an integral part.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Duration: We will store the data provided by you, the user, during the time\u00a0 necessary for the management of the reservation you made, as well as of\u00a0 the accommodation services you requested. Once the management is\u00a0 finished, your data will be kept for six (6) months. If you consent to\u00a0 receive marketing and\/or commercial information, your data will be stored\u00a0 until you revoke your consent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Processor: We engage our partner CloudBeds (<\/span>www.cloudbeds.com <\/span>) for\u00a0 carrying out the reservations engine of our business. Cloudbeds acts\u00a0 under our authority and we have signed a contract with Cloudbeds for the\u00a0 provision of their services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Data subjects different from the users: Where you, user, provide us with\u00a0 personal data pertaining to a different data subject from yourself, you are\u00a0 responsible for such acts as well as for obtaining the respective consent\u00a0 of such data subjects for the provisioning of their data.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Transfer of Data: We shall not transfer personal data to a third country\u00a0 outside the EEA (European Economic Area).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Data Subject Rights: Data Subjects can exercise their rights of access,\u00a0 rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an email or through\u00a0 the postal service to the contact details on our reservation website and on\u00a0 our invoices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n
